Schiphol Crisis Management Basic Training - 2 (SCO 2)

Take this training course if you are a supervisor or have a coordinating role in the crisis management organisation. You will learn about the company emergency plan, the contingency plan and the alarms used at the airport. Furthermore, you will gain insight into the structure of the coordination teams and the method of scaling up in the event of disruptions and emergencies.

SCO 1 or SCO 2 theory test (basic/recurring)

After completing the SCO 1 or SCO 2 basic training, you will be required to take the theory test. Passing this theory test demonstrates that you have a good command of the material and can apply it in practice. As an employee or supervisor in the crisis management organisation, you will be required to take the test each year to keep your knowledge up to date.

Airport Crisis Team (CVO) basic training

This training course prepares supervisors in the crisis management organisation for a role in the CVO or COPI. You will deepen your knowledge of crisis management and the crisis management organisation, learn to take decisions under time pressure and discover the common pitfalls of crisis management teams.

Airport Crisis Team (CVO) recurring training

If you are part of the CVO or COPI and have completed the CVO basic training, you will be required to take a refresher training course each year. During this training course, we evaluate crisis management and the crisis management organisation by focusing on a theme. We also inspire each other to propose and work on improvements.
