1. Forgot to arrange something

2. Need medical help
There is a general practitioner on-site who can help with all manner of medical care – from appointments to vaccinations to prescriptions to collect from a Schiphol pharmacy.
3. Mobile internet isn’t working
If you can't use your mobile, or your current plan doesn't cover you in the Netherlands, it's good to know that you can access free WiFi anywhere in the airport.

6. Forgot to organise an extra warm welcome
