Our policy of continuous employee development enables staff members to advance to new, challenging roles within the company. Schiphol places great value on the integrity of all its employees. To this end, an online training programme has been created to raise and assess awareness of the Schiphol Code of Conduct among both our own employees and external staff. A chapter on integrity based on the Code of Conduct has furthermore been added to the Supplier Code, which is a part of the procurement process.
