Getting to and from Schiphol by bike

Schiphol is easily accessible by bike. There are excellent cycle paths from various directions and it is even possible to cycle right up to the terminal. There will soon be more cycle paths, including a 22 kilometre bicycle highway from Hoofddorp to Amsterdam that goes past Schiphol. Are your coming by bicycle? Then your journey is getting off to an environmentally-friendly and healthy start.

Park your bicycle safely and for free

We will make sure that your bicycle is parked safely while you are visiting Schiphol or travelling. There are three secured bike parks close to the terminal (next to the Sheraton hotel). You can park your bike here for free for up to four consecutive weeks.

Bike lockers

Would you rather keep your bike in a locker? No problem, there are some bicycle lockers close to the terminal too. These lockers are also free of charge but you need to bring your own bike lock. Don’t forget to leave the locker open after you collect your bike so that other cyclists can use them.
