Before boarding it is the perfect place to enjoy your favourite Illy coffee, freshly squeezed juice or if you are looking for something with a bit more body; go for the signature botanical gin-tonic.

Want to show your musical qualities? Well, Café Flor’s public piano is waiting for you. Whether you are a virtuoso or beginner, travelling pianists of every calibre can take a seat and give a small performance for fellow travellers.

“Café Flor is a beautiful slice of peace in the airport where you can escape the rush. At our new full service restaurant you can treat yourself to healthy and tasty food items you may enjoy once in a while”, according to Ad Willemsen, General Manager of HMSHost Schiphol.

“Passengers spend a relatively large amount of time on our piers. With this full-service concept in the heart of the D-pier, we offer improved service and experience en route to the gates. Café Flor is a pleasant stopover with a homely atmosphere. With the fresh and healthy dishes that are served at the table, we serve our passengers with high-quality meals, ”says Irene Muysson, Head of Retail, Food & Beverage and Commercial Services at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. "During the development, we worked closely with our long-term partner HMSHost and we are proud of the fact that brands such as The Avocado Show and Illy are part of this new concept."
