Since the start of this year, the Canadian multinational Canadian Aviation Electronics (CAE) has been a tenant in one of the logistics buildings at World Trade Center Malpensa Airport's business park. The firm is leasing over 4,000 m² LFA. CAE is a market leader in simulation technology and training for civil aviation, defence, security and health care. The company will run the training centre for EasyJet. They were looking for a high quality working place located near the airport and Milan, which is why it decided to settle at WTC Malpensa Airport.

New tenants Kuehne + Nagel, Mas Logistics, Gate Gourmet, Arteria and Vip.com moved into the logistics buildings in 2018 as well. A few months ago, the office buildings at WTC Malpensa Airport welcomed the following new tenants: Fives Intralogistics, DHL Express, Intertransport and Gast Spedizioni.
All tenants enjoy and appreciate the excellent facilities at WTC Malpensa Airport's business park, including a self-service restaurant for lunch, a high-end gym, a dry-cleaning service, a library, a games room and green zones in the public spaces.
WTC Malpensa Airport is owned by Schiphol Real Estate (SRE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Schiphol Group, which develops, manages, operates and invests in commercial real estate at and around airports.
