2016 saw Privium's 15th anniversary and Schiphol's 100th. But now it is time to look ahead to 2017. We want you to continue to enjoy Privium to its fullest, so we are expanding and improving our services.
We have collaborated with the Priority Pass programme, one of the world’s foremost lounge programmes, to bring you a fantastic annual discount. The Priority Pass programme will give you access to 1,000 lounges at 400 airports around the world – so you’ll have access to a lounge virtually anywhere you travel.
You can save up to 20% of the membership fees when you join the Priority Pass programme. Please note that the Priority Pass programme is separate to your Privium membership, and incurs a separate charge.
Expect the best! With Privium, you are accustomed to checking in at the business class desk at a large number of airlines, even when travelling with an economy ticket. We are expanding this collaboration so that you will be able to use this service with even more airlines.
We always work hard to optimise our services at the Privium ClubLounge, including our food and drink selection. We recently installed new coffee machines improved the coffee. Additionally, we are looking at increased seating space and employing additional staff for peak travel times.
At Privium, innovation is in our DNA. We closely follow biometric developments in order to provide greater speed and convenience to you. We are also looking at further simplifying our invoicing and drive-in/out of Privium car parks processes.
A number of renovations and innovations are planned at Schiphol for 2017. In April, the new temporary departure hall will open at Piers B and C. The new hall will be fitted with twenty-two check-in desks and six security lanes. An direct entryway will connect the area with Departure Hall 1. Of course, a priority waiting area will be created for Privium members to ensure a fast passage through Security Control. In April 2017 we also hope to reopen a direct passage from the Privium car park in P2 to the temporary departure hall.
Next to construction of the temporary departure hall, Schiphol continues working on other innovations. The saying: 'Perform today. Create tomorrow' applies here. We will do our utmost to ensure that fast border passage and comfortable arrivals and departures will continue as usual, now and in the future.
