FAQ's about Privium 6 Valet
Can I change or cancel a parking reservation?
You can change a reservation until 24 hours beforehand and is free. It is easy to change the dates for parking, the licence plate of the car, or your personal details. Good to know: you will automatically receive a new reservation number when you change your reservation. Carefully save the reservation confirmation; it contains the most up-to-date information.
Do you want to cancel your reservation? If you have selected the cancellation option during the reservation, then you will receive a refund. It is easy to add this option during the reservation process. When cancelling, the €5 charge for adding this cancellation option will not be refunded .
Please note: you can no longer change or extend your reservation in the interim if you have already parked your car.
Valet parking products: Can my electric car be charged while I’m away?
Yes, that is possible. Please ask the desk attendant when you are handing in your keys. Do not forget to leave your own charge pass. The rate for electric charging is €0.54 per kWh, with a starting rate of €1.21. We will do our best, but we can never guarantee that your car will be fully charged due to the limited availability of charging stations.
Do I get a refund if I pick up my car earlier?
You do not get a refund if you return earlier. After all, we have reserved a space for you for the period as stated.
