P1 Holiday Parking is available for travellers who want to park their car in P1 for longer periods of time. The P1 car park is located close to the terminal and parking spaces can usually only be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours. But with an exclusive reservation for P1 Holiday Parking, you are entitled to park in P1 for more than 48 hours, getting your holiday off to a flying start.
P1 Holiday Parking has limited availability and can only be booked in advance. So check to see if P1 Holiday Parking is available on your travel dates.

How P1 Holiday Parking works
Am I able to use P1 Holiday Parking without a reservation?
No –there are only a limited number of parking places available for P1 Holiday Parking in the P1 Car Park.
How do I enter and exit P1 with a reservation?
There are 2 ways you can enter and exit at P1 if you made a reservation. You can opt for credit card recognition or license plate recognition.
How does it work when I want to drive in with a credit card?
Simply enter the same credit card details that you used for the reservation once you get to the barrier. When you return, you do not have to go to the ticket machine – you just use your credit card to drive out. There is an exception you stay there for more than a day longer than your estimated departure time. In that case, you can pay the extra costs of a maximum of € 100 extra per day at the ticket machine, or immediately at the barrier by using your credit card.
How does it work when I want to drive in with licence plate recognition?
You will automatically receive a parking ticket with your reservation number at the barrier if your licence plate is clearly visible, clean and matches the license plate you specified at the time of your reservation. Please keep your ticket safe. It can take a while before your license plate is recognised. If no card is issued, always ask for assistance by buzzing the intercom; do not press the button for another ticket. When you return you do not have to go to the ticket machine; you simply drive out using your parking ticket. There is an exception if you stay there for more than a day longer than your estimated departure time. In that case, you will need to pay the extra costs of a maximum of € 100 extra per day at the ticket machine or the cash register.
Where and how do I use an electric vehicle charge point?
Electric vehicles can be charged on the second floor/roof level of the P1 car park right next to the entrance. You will find the EV charge points at rows 206 and 207. Please note that we only have 12 charging stations available. The charges are € 0.36 per kWh for charging, with a starting rate of € 1.21. Charging points cannot be booked in advance.
Where are the parking spaces for mobility impaired drivers?
Mobility impaired car spaces are available at P1 and are marked with the International Symbol of Access (ISA). These spots cannot be reserved and are intended for use by anyone with a disability card. Always place the card clearly visible behind the windscreen. Our airport assistants will be happy to help you to and from Departures and Arrivals.

You can already see Departures and Arrivals from the P1 Car Park – simply follow the signs and walk to the terminal.
P1 Holiday Parking rates
You need to book online to use P1 Holiday Parking. The rate you have to pay depends on the period of time you choose, and how long your car remains in the lot. If you return later than expected, you will need to pay for the extra costs at the payment terminal. Please remember that it will cost an additional € 100 per day.
Change or cancel parking reservation later
It’s free to change your parking reservation up to 24 hours before you arrive, or € 5 to cancel it. This is ideal if you plan to arrive at Schiphol with a different car (i.e. with a different licence plate number) or if your travel dates change. It’s important to remember that if you change your reservation, you will automatically receive a new reservation number. Please save the confirmation of your reservation and any changes that we sent you by email, as they will contain the most up-to-date information.
