Where to find a charge point: Charging your electric car at Schiphol
Are you taking a trip and planning to come to Schiphol by electric car? Then it’s good to know that on your return you’ll be able to drive away with your battery fully charged. Several parking locations at Schiphol have charge points where you can charge your car. All you need is your charging card and there’s no need to book in advance. Nor do you have to worry about charging time: you pay per kWh and can pick up your electric car whenever it suits you. So long-term parking is not a problem. We hope to see you at Schiphol soon!
How does charging your car at Schiphol work?
Charging your electric car at Schiphol couldn’t be easier. If a charge point is available, you can plug in your car directly. The charging rate for an electric vehicle is € 0.54/kWh, with a fixed minimum fee of € 1.21. All you need is your charging card and there is no maximum charging time. In other words, you can pick up your electric car whenever you want and drive away with your battery fully charged. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that a charge point will be available.
Where can I find a charge point?
At Schiphol, charge points for electric cars can be found at a number of parking facilities. Here are the locations:
- At P1: on the second floor (i.e. on the roof), rows 206 and 207.
- At P3: on the ground floor of the garage, to the right of the entrance. For cars < 2 meters.
- In Privium 1: on the second floor, row 101 (windmill).
- In Privium Excellence: directly opposite the ramp from the first floor.
- At P6 Valet Parking charge points are also available. Ask the receptionist when you hand in your keys, and we’ll take care of the rest.
