Schiphol’s VIP service offers the most exclusive way to travel at our airport. Total privacy, a quiet space and personal service are guaranteed, regardless of the airline you are travelling with. Separated from the terminal, our VIP centre allows you to avoid the crowds completely, while our team takes care of all the practicalities for you. When it is time to board, we guide you through our private security check and drive you to your flight in a luxury car.

A VIP service for which you only pay the standard rate of € 350. You can bring two fellow travelers free of charge to use the VIP service. The normal rate for this package is € 650.*

Terms and conditions for VIP service promotion 2nd & 3rd guest for free.

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the temporary ' VIP service promotion 2nd & 3rd guest for free' campaign, hereinafter referred to as 'the Campaign, organized by Schiphol Nederland B.V., which is established at Evert van de Beekstraat 202, 1118 CP Schiphol and hereinafter referred to as 'Schiphol'.

  2. From 30 September 2020, existing Privium members will receive an offer to take a 2nd & 3rd passenger free to the VIP centre. They only pay the rate for the first passenger. Please see an overview of all rates here: https://www.schiphol.nl/en/page/vip-service-rates/

  3. The reservation for your VIP service must be made at least 48 hours before departure or arrival of your flight.

  4. The reservation form on the schiphol.nl/vip website must be used for the reservation. To take advantage of the promotion, please state your Privium membership number in the comments field.

  5. This offer can be used for a maximum of 3 people, all traveling on the same flight. For an additional fee, it is possible to book the VIP service for more than 3 people.

  6. The general terms and conditions and the current rates apply, as stated on schiphol.nl/vip.

  7. This Campaign can only be used once per Privium member. This means: a one-way trip. With a return flight, the offer therefore applies to either departure or arrival.

  8. This Campaign is limited available

  9. This Campaign only applies to Privium members with an active membership, both Plus and Basic.

  10. The Campaign is open to everyone over the age of 18 who has become a Privium member, hereinafter referred to as the 'Participant(s)'.

  11. Participants can travel with their family; children under 18 are also welcome at the VIP centre.

  12. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant declares that he/she agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Action.

  13. The campaign is valid for reservations made between October 1, 2020 and April 1, 2021. Travel is still allowed after April 1, 2021.

  14. There are no costs associated with participation in the Campaign.

  15. The discount to be received cannot be exchanged for money or a voucher.

  16. Schiphol reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the Campaign and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and/or the amounts of the discount at its own discretion and without prior notification being required if circumstances give cause to do so, without any obligation vis-à-vis the Participants for compensation of loss or damage.   17. No guarantees whatsoever can be given with regard to the accuracy, reliability or changes made to the content of the Web Pages of the Campaign. Schiphol cannot in any way be held liable for unsuccessful attempts to take part in the Campaign.

  18. Schiphol reserves the right to exclude Participants from participating in the Campaign if there is any suspicion of fraud or improper influencing of the results.

  19. The Campaign and the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising in relation thereto will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
