Using the passenger bridge

If you aircraft is parked at a regular gate, we will be waiting for you at the end of the passenger bridge. If you also require assistance with getting out of the aircraft, we will either board the plane or wait at the aircraft door. Are you able to use your own wheelchair exclusively? We will retrieve it from the hold and bring it to you on board the aircraft.

Using the apron

At some locations, the aircraft is not parked at the gate. In these cases, stairs are placed beside the aircraft. If you are able to use the stairs, we kindly request that you descend them yourself, although naturally we will be there to assist you. If you are unable to use the stairs, we will help you down using an ambulift. We will transport you to the terminal in the wheelchair bus.
