Going to the terminal: Assistance at passenger bridge and platform

By passenger bridge
If your plane is located at an ordinary gate, a representative will wait for you at the door of the plane. They will also help if you need extra guidance to disembark the aircraft. If you are using a wheelchair, we will take you a special wheelchair right next to the exit. Your own wheelchair would have been removed from the hold in the meantime, so that you can use it right away.
By platform
At some locations, your plane will not be physically located at a gate. In those cases, a staircase will be attached to the plane. We will ask you to alight down the stairs with our guidance, but only if you are able to. If you are unable to use the staircase, we will safely take you down with a stair lift or scissor-style freight lift. We will then drive you to the terminal in our wheelchair bus.
