Waiting for a long time only for your baggage not to arrive is of course very inconvenient. If you have been waiting for two hours or more, you can report to your baggage handler's desk. Check your airline's information page to find out which baggage handler you need to go to. Then follow the signs to the reclaim hall where your handler's information desk is located:

• Reclaim 1 (baggage carousel 2 – 7): Swissport, Viggo and AviaPartner
• Reclaim 2 (baggage carousel 8 – 13): KLM
• Reclaim 3 (baggage carousel 15 – 22): KLM, Menzies, dnata and all other desks

Together with the airlines we are doing everything we can to reunite travellers with their left-behind suitcases. The airlines are responsible for getting baggage delivered, so we advise you to contact them in the event that your baggage is missing.
