Schiphol Plaza Autumn Campaign 2019: Terms and conditions

  1. These promotional campaign terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as 'the Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions') apply to the following promotional campaign organised by the Royal Schiphol Group, with its registered office at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol at the address Evert van de Beekstraat 202, 1118 CP Schiphol (hereinafter referred to as 'Schiphol'): 'Purchase something at Schiphol Plaza and be in with a chance of winning a Stella Cosmo Superior FDST to the value of € 2,149' (hereinafter: the Promotional Campaign), to promote the Schiphol Plaza Autumn Campaign.
  2. The Promotional Campaign will run from 17 until 21 October 2019 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as 'the Promotional Period').
  3. Participants in the Promotional Campaign who purchase something at Schiphol Plaza during the Promotional Period will be in with a chance of winning a Stella Cosmo Superior FDST e-bike to the value of € 2,149. By leaving their receipt with their email address in one of the boxes near the Stella show models in Schiphol Plaza, they will automatically give themselves a chance of winning a Stella Cosmo Superior FDST.
  4. The prize has a total value of € 2,149.
  5. There is no maximum limit to the number of entries, but each receipt must be unique.
  6. The winner will be determined by means of a prize draw in week 44 of 2019.
  7. Participants and prize winners must be aged 18 or over.
  8. The prize and/or any residual value cannot be exchanged for cash and/or other prizes.
  9. Any tax on games of chance with respect to the prizes will be paid by Schiphol.
  10. The winner may not nominate anyone else to claim the prize in his or her place.
  11. If it transpires that the details given for a participant are not correct, Schiphol will have the right to exclude the participant in question from participating in the Promotional Campaign and/or decide to cancel the participant's right to claim the prize.
  12. The winner of the prize will receive confirmation by email from Schiphol that he or she has won the prize no later than in week 45 of 2019.
  13. The prize will be sent to the address given by the winner by email.
  14. If the winner does not provide Schiphol with an address within 30 days, the prize will pass to the first runner-up.
  15. If there is a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influencing of the Promotional Campaign, misuse or fraud, Schiphol reserves the right to deny participation in or exclude participants from the Promotional Campaign, or the right to withhold a prize or reclaim it retrospectively.
  16. Schiphol is not liable for any loss or consequential loss to participants or third parties arising in any way from this Promotional Campaign.
  17. All intellectual property in relation to texts, illustrations, layout, software or other information relating to this Promotional Campaign belongs to Schiphol.
  18. In cases not covered by these Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions, the decision will rest with Schiphol.
  19. Employees of Schiphol (and other parties) involved in this promotional campaign are excluded from participation.
