Reservation change/cancellation

Change

You can change your parking space reservation free of charge at www.schiphol.nl/mijnreservering. You will be refunded any excess amount or charged for any additional hours, should you park shorter or longer than anticipated. Additional hours can be paid at the payment machine or are charged to your credit card when you leave the car park.


Time limits

• Schiphol Smart Parking change up to 1 day before departure

• Schiphol Holiday Valet Parking change/cancel up to 1 day before departure: to change/ cancel your reservation within 24 hours. Please send an e-mail to holidayvalet@schiphol.nl

• Schiphol Terminal Parking change/cancel up to 1 day before departure

• Schiphol Valet Parking change/cancel up to 1 day before departure; to change/ cancel your reservation within 24 hours, call the Schiphol Valet Parking service desk telephone number

• Schiphol Excellence Parking change/cancel up to 1 day before departure

Overstay (when parking duration is longer than original reservation)
