How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Enter your email address, postcode and order reference number. You can now change your personal details or change or cancel your reservation. If you have forgotten your order reference number, simply enter your email address and postcode to receive an email with your reference number.
If you are changing your reservation to a shorter parking period, the amount paid in excess will be refunded automatically.
If you made your reservation using iDEAL and wish to change it to a longer parking period, you will be asked to pay the new amount in total, including the additional days' parking, via iDEAL. The full original payment will then be refunded to your bank account. If you made your reservation using a credit card, the additional costs will be deducted automatically from your account.
If you have made your parking reservation through a travel agent, please contact your agent.
