Renewals
The reverse side of your Schiphol Pass displays for how long the pass is valid. If you must renew your Schiphol Pass, you need an original, complete and correctly filled-out Schiphol Pass application form. The form must not contain any deletions (including use of correction fluid etc.), and must be signed by an authorised signatory at your employer and by the necessary principal, if appropriate.
If you have a Schiphol Pass with apron authorisation (P), you must take the online Safety & Security Recurrent Training before reporting to the Badge Centre.
Certificate of No Objection
If you work in a protected area, you have already obtained a Certificate of No Objection before. This certificate is valid for five years; please keep this in mind when renewing your pass. Have you moved in with your partner or married in the meantime? Then you must apply for a new certificate from the Dutch Border Police. To apply, either call +31 (0)20 603 8821 or visit the AIVD website.
