How can I change or cancel my reservation?


Fill in your email address, postcode and order reference number. You can now change your personal details or change or cancel your reservation. If you have forgotten your order reference number, simply enter your email address and postcode to receive an email with your reference number. How do I change my credit card reservation?


You can change your credit card number at 'my reservation’ under the header ‘card number’. If you have changed your reservation and extended the duration of your parking stay, the additional costs will be automatically debited from your credit card account. If you have changed your reservation and shortened the duration of your parking stay, the difference will be automatically credited to your credit card account.


How do I change my I-deal reservation?



If you have changed your reservation and extended the duration of your parking stay, you will be required to pay a new total amount via I-deal, including your additional parking days. The original payment will then be credited to your bank account number in full. This payment may take up to 5 working days to process. If you have changed your reservation and shortened the duration of your parking stay, the difference will be credited to your bank account in full. This payment may take up to 5 working days to process.
