My Reservation

How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Enter your email address, postcode and order reference number. You can now change your personal details or change or cancel your reservation. If you have forgotten your order reference number, simply enter your email address and postcode to receive an email with your reference number. If you are changing your reservation to a shorter parking period, the amount paid in excess will be refunded automatically. If you made your reservation using iDEAL and wish to change it to a longer parking period, you will be asked to pay the new amount in total, including the additional days' parking, via iDEAL. The full original payment will then be refunded to your bank account. If you made your reservation using a credit card, the additional costs will be deducted automatically from your account.

If you have made your parking reservation through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent.

Changing reservations with an entry code?
If when making your reservation you opted to access the car park using an ‘entry code’ and you now wish to change your reservation, please be aware that entry code access is no longer offered. If you change your reservation at this time, you will also have to change your access method. In that case, you can choose from two access methods: ‘license plate recognition’ or ‘credit card’. If you decide not to change your reservation, naturally you will still be able to access the car park using the previously issued entry code. In other words, you only need to select a new access method if you change your reservation.
