Two-year global warranty

A two-year warranty applies to all items bought at Schiphol that do not carry a sell-by date. If you wish to submit a warranty claim, you must do so before this period expires. 

Exchange or obtain a refund within 14 days after purchase

  • If any part of your purchase is missing or defective, you can contact the shop where you made your purchase directly
  • The shop address and telephone number are printed on the receipt.
  • We will have a replacement laid ready for you to pick up, or send it to you directly.
