Frequently Asked Questions about the digital invoicing of membership fees

From 6 November 2012, Privium will be sending your invoices by e-mail and you will be able to log in and view your invoices online. We trust that the following list of Frequently Asked Questions about digital invoicing will help answer any questions you may have.

1. I have lost my password and am unable to log in. Where and how can I retrieve my password?
2. I prefer to receive paper invoices. Is this still possible?
3. Are my payments executed in a secure environment?
4. The Privium digital invoices are sent to my private e-mail address, but I would prefer to have them sent to my business e-mail address. How can I change this?
5. Which payment options are available to me?
6. I have paid my invoice via the website, but have not yet received confirmation of my payment. How can I find out if my payment was indeed executed?
7. I have accidentally paid an invoice twice and wish to receive a credit note.
8. I receive other letters sent by Privium by post and would prefer to have these sent digitally as well. Is this possible?
9. My company pays my Privium invoices. How can I ensure that they receive these invoices by e-mail?
10. What is the payment term for my invoices?
11. The direct payment link is not working. How can I view my invoice?



1. I have lost my password and am unable to log in. Where and how can I retrieve my password?
You can indicate on the website log-in screen that you have lost your password and apply for a new one.

2. I prefer to receive paper invoices. Is this still possible?
You can log in to your personal page for an overview of your invoices, all of which can be printed.

3. Are my payments executed in a secure environment?
Yes

4. The Privium digital invoices are sent to my private e-mail address, but I would prefer to have them sent to my business e-mail address. How can I change this?
You can add a business e-mail address to your personal details in the ‘My Privium’ menu. Click on ‘Change membership details’.

5. Which payment options are available to me?
You can pay via the website using iDeal or your credit card. If you wish, you may also pay by means of a direct debit mandate. You may of course also choose to pay by bank transfer. but please remember to state the invoice number and your Privium membership number.

6. I have paid my invoice via the website, but have not yet received confirmation of my payment. How can I find out if my payment was indeed executed?
To find out if the amount was indeed debited from your account you can call Privium Information & Services on telephone number +31 (0)20 601 42 22, your bank or your credit card company. It always takes some time before payments are registered. The invoice will always remain visible on your personal page.

7. I have accidentally paid an invoice twice and wish to receive a credit note.
Please send an e-mail to Privium@schiphol.nl with a copy of both payments attached.

8. I receive other letters sent by Privium by post and would prefer to have these sent digitally as well. Is this possible?
We regret that this option is not yet available, but we are currently working on developing a system that will enable us to send all Privium communication digitally in the future.

9. My company pays my Privium invoices. How can I ensure that they receive these invoices by e-mail?
You can add an e-mail address for invoicing purposes to your personal details in the ‘My Privium’ menu. Click on ‘Change membership details’.

10. What is the payment term for my invoices?
The final payment date is stated on your invoice.

11. The direct payment link is not working. How can I view my invoice?
The link has probably expired. You can log in to your personal page to view and pay the invoice.
