Lost your baggage? Losing a suitcase can be distressing. Thankfully, Schiphol stores all suitcases, bags and other items found and dropped off at our lost & found in a safe place until you can pick them up.
Baggage items lost before Passport Control
Have you lost your baggage before checking in? Go to one of the Schiphol information desks. If the lost suitcases or other baggage items have been found and dropped off, we will store them for you. You can also fill out the special lost & found form. We can then use your details to check whether the item has been dropped off at our lost & found.
Baggage items lost beyond Passport Control
Have you lost your hand baggage or any of your purchases beyond passport and ticket control? If so, please inform at one of the Schiphol information desks or contact our Customer Contact Center. You can do so before departure or after arrival at the airport of your destination.
Has your baggage been checked-in and not at your destination, please contact your airline as baggage with claim tags stay under responsibility of the airline.

Lost your Passport, ID or driving-license?
Passports, driving-licenses and ID’s, if found, will be handed over to Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. Please contact them by phone: + 31 (0)20 6038626.
