Lost & Found
If you have lost or found anything at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol you can report to one of the information desks in the Lounges or the Departure and Arrival Halls. If the item you have lost has been found and handed in to us we will be happy to keep it for you until further notice.
Calling about lost items
We can save lost and found items at the information desk for a maximum period of one day. Once this period has elapsed you can call 0900 0141, EUR 0.40 per min. If you are calling from a foreign country, dial +31 (0)20 794 08 00. You can also make use of the Lost & Found web form.
Collecting lost items
If your item has been found you can pick it up yourself. Pick-up times are seven days a week from 7.00 AM to 6:00 PM and must be scheduled in advance.
Sending found items
We can also send you your found items by post. One of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol’s partner shipping companies will be happy to take care of this for you.
