KPN Internet Centre & Zones
In cooperation with KPN HotSpots, Schiphol offers you Wireless Internet throughout the entire airport, even up until your gate. With the use of your own laptop or PDA, you can get online in a few steps through our portal which automatically appears when you start your internet browser.
There are three internet services offered: wireless internet via Wi-Fi, LAN cable internet or internet on one of the computers in the Internet Centres or Zones. These are located in Lounge 1, 3, and 4, on some of the piers, and at Schiphol Plaza.
Purchasing credit for Internet access
Internet credit can be purchased online, via the payment kiosk (both with credit card), or in one of the nearby shops or restaurants where it is also possible to pay with cash or foreign currencies. On the computer screen you will find the nearest location.
KPN Internet Centre
The new self-service system offers a variety of facilities related to the Internet.
In the KPN Internet Centre you can find a quiet and comfortable space to sit and work. You can use the wireless internet or, if you do not have a laptop or PDA, use one of the computers.
It is also possible to connect your laptop to our network using the LAN connection.
The work spaces are designed to insure your privacy. The KPN Internet Centre offers primarily internet access, but to make things easy it is possible to print documents from your own laptop or from a computer, make copies, scan, or send a fax (inside Holland). You can find instructions on how to do so in the centre.
In lounge 2 every computer keyboard has a built in USB port to connect your device. This offers you the added possibility to email or print your documents directly from your USB stick.
Alongside that it is also possible to charge your mobile phone or your laptop. These services are free of charge.
The KPN Internet Centres are open 24 hours a day and are located beyond the passport control in Lounge 1 and Lounge 2 on the 2nd floor.
In the internet zones you can use one of the available computers or your own laptop. The KPN Internet Zones are located at Schiphol Plaza and beyond the passport control in Lounge 1 (1st floor), at the C-gate (near C10). Lounge 3 (G-gate), D-gate, and in Lounge 4 (M-gate).
Helpdesk
If you have any questions regarding our services, our helpdesk can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The KPN Internet Centres support hotlines that directly connect you to the helpdesk upon picking up the receiver. The helpdesk can also be reached by calling +31 (0) 20 6531852.
