Internet and phone access everywhere

At Schiphol your office is close at hand. Wireless LAN gives you online access throughout the entire airport whenever and wherever you need it. Plus, you can use your mobile phone or one of our stationery phones to place and receive calls with ease.

Wireless Internet at Schiphol
Wireless Internet is a piece of cake: simply switch on your laptop or PDA, open the web browser and follow the instructions on the screen. You can have access to Wireless Internet at Schiphol on your personal laptop or a stationery computer for a small fee. You can pay for the service by credit card using the machines at the KPN Internet Zones or in cash at one of the nearby stores. The KPN Internet Zones are located at Schiphol Plaza and beyond Passport Control in lounge 1, lounge 2 (1st floor), lounge 3 (Pier G), pier C (at C10), Pier D, and lounge 4 (Pier M).

IT support
If you need help you can contact the helpdesk any time, night and day, seven days a week. The KPN Internet Centres are equipped with a phone that connects you directly to the helpdesk. Or you can also use your mobile telephone; just dial +31 20 653 18 52.

Public telephones
Red courtesy telephones are located throughout the Terminal. These telephones offer free access to all 0800 numbers. For the exact locations, visit one of the information desks in the Terminal.

Multifone
Schiphol is also equipped with Multifones. These are multimedia telephones that you can use to make calls, surf the Internet, send a text message or send an e-mail. You can also find practical information about the airport simply by touching the Multifone screen.

Visicom
