ECP Programme
Under the Euro Commercial Paper programme, Schiphol Group can borrow funds for short periods (<1 year) in order to finance investments, redeem loans, finance dividend distributions and fund other types of general corporate expenditure. At present, the programme has an upper limit of EUR 750 million.
Term to maturity
The ECP programme was set up in 2008. The programme enables Schiphol Group to place debt paper with a term to maturity of up to one year with professional investors via standard documentation.
