The Management Board consists of four executive directors

The non-executive Supervisory Board supervises, advises, supports and appoints the Management Board.

The Corporate Governance code provisions and the implementation thereof by Schiphol Group.

The non-executive Supervisory Board of Schiphol Group has four permanent committees.

Schiphol Group is aware of the risks associated with its business activities. A uniform policy has been developed to manage these risks.

The General Meeting of Shareholders is held annually in April at the latest.

PricewaterhouseCoopers is Schiphol Group's external auditor.
