On your way to gates D1-D57, E, F, G and H
Whether you've forgotten something or need prescription medication, you're always well-prepared at Schiphol. We have two pharmacies to assist you, both before and after security. So that wherever you are at Schiphol, you're always assured of the right care.
Before and after security
Forgot to pack your medication? No worries! Just go to the Airport Medical Services pharmacy, which is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. If you need a prescription for your medication first, you can go to the doctor's post next to our pharmacy.
There are two ways to reach the Airport Medical Services pharmacy. If you still need to go through security, you will find us in Departure Hall 2 above the check-in desks, near desk 16. Alternatively, follow the signs for ‘First Aid’. If you have already gone through security, you will find us in Lounge 2. The ‘First Aid’ signs will guide you to us here too.
Before security
A practical option before the security checks, both upon arrival and departure. Most common prescription medicines are available at Boots and can be dispensed immediately. If you want to make sure your medicine is in stock, please contact us.
You will find Boots Pharmacy at Schiphol Plaza in Arrivals 1, close to the Hello Goodbye Bar. Thanks to the medicine safe, you can also collect medicines outside regular opening hours. If you wish to use this service, you will receive an access code by text message.
