Marketing Research

Schiphol Marketing Research is a department of the Schiphol Group, which is responsible for market research carried out at the airport. This department employs seven people, who are all highly experienced in the field of customer satisfaction and customer profiling at airports.

Schiphol Marketing Research is also actively involved in several projects outside of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, for example at JFK IAT (New York), Brisbane Airport, Lelystad Airport, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport.
