WDP develops distribution centre at Schiphol Logistics Park

Logistics and semi-industrial real estate developer WDP is to develop a 10,000 m2 distribution centre at Schiphol Logistics Park, comprising 1,600 m2 of office space for logistics service supplier Rapid Logistics.

Schiphol Logistics Park is part of the Amsterdam Connecting Trade (ACT) sustainable logistics hub aimed at creating an efficient, multimodal transport area. This area will include a dedicated cargo lane for trucks and facilitate a high-speed rail link for express cargo.
