Schiphol Cargo at 16th World Route Development Forum, 19-21 September 2010, Vancouver

Air Cargo Week joined with the annual World Route Development Forum to launch the Air Cargo Conference at Routes 2010, which took place 19-21 September in Vancouver. Special focus was placed on time & temperature-controlled cargo on passenger flights, as well as the overall capacity increase of general cargo on passenger flights.

The key objective of this new initiative is to bring the global air cargo community - airlines, forwarders, shippers and brokers - under the Routes umbrella and provide a meaningful forum in which matters of relevance to airport and air cargo operators can be reviewed and discussed. The conference was very well attended by a large Cargo community. Boeing presented their latest passenger aircrafts with a special focus on cargo capacity.
