Play Cargo: ‘SmartGate The Game’

Air Cargo Netherlands has launched ‘SmartGate The Game’. The game is designed to provide staff at forwarders, ground handlers and airlines with a better understanding of the SmartGate concept. SmartGate enables exports to pass through the customs and security processes faster, more efficiently and with greater reliability. Play and learn how to make more money!

SmartGate aims to reduce the risk of delay and to achieve time gains when goods are delivered for shipment as the authorities are able to carry out ‘smarter’ and less physical checks. The game, which was launched online on 11 January, is accessible to all at www.smartgatethegame.nl. Moreover, ACN members are invited to take part in a competition that features great prizes. The competition final will be held in the airport auditorium in April 2011.
