Contract extension till 2013

Eneco has extended their contract for the advertising mast with Schiphol Media until 2013. This 22 meter high mast is located on Schiphol Grounds next to the motorway A4. Eneco is one of the providers of solar panels in Holland. They will renew their display on the advertising mast with solar panels on top of it.

The motorway where the mast is located is one of the busiest motorways in the Netherlands with in total 8 driving lanes. During rush hours the average speed is about 60 kilometers per hour which gives the people even more time to get in contact with this eye-catching mast.

Eneco is one of the providers of solar panels in Holland. To make this advertising mast at Schiphol more sustainable, solar panels will be placed on top of the mast. With these solar panels Eneco will generate green energy in a sustainable way. A lot of energy will be spared for the Light Boxes of this advertising mast in this way.

This sustainable idea fits the sustainability goal of Schiphol perfectly. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is a fond user of green energy and any other efficient way to generate energy.
